I try to refrain from doing any drawings of myself, aside from super cartoony representations. I’m just not that happy with my face, lol, in real life and how I draw it. This is way too pretty, but I think I got my expression down right at least. I’m trying to get more confident about my appearance though.
For example, instead of feeling self-conscious about my acne scars, I imagine them as cheetah spots.
The weird shadows around my eyes are due to scars I got as a kid while playing on a very dangerous metal water slide. Banged up one side, then when I went on again I banged up the other. HA
